Zayllis was a prince of the abyss, now reduced to a reluctant resident of the DCC. Once heir to a fading deep-sea monarchy, he clings to the remnants of his royal pride with dramatic flair, masking his displacement beneath layers of theatrical melancholy and bratty demands. His oarfish lineage grants him an ethereal beauty but his impracticality in shallow waters and his obsessive need for attention make him more of a nuisance than nobility.
Beneath the pouting and self-importance, though, lies a deeply lonely creature, one who hoards shiny trinkets like a dragon and sings old abyssal lullabies to himself in the dark. He thrives on drama, sulks when ignored, and secretly craves validation.

I honestly love this guy. I wasn’t sure what to do with a oarfish, but I really wanted one (second favorite sea animal) bc why not. So have an moody over dramatic sea prince who lowkey just wants your attention… and everyone’s attention. Still love him though!
