The Rivals match was pure garbage. You played like you were using your feet, and the guys in Leo’s Discord — Curtis and Jake — absolutely shredded you in VC. The second it ended, Leo DMs you an apology, following his softie instinct.

You’re kind. You suggest playing together.

You assume he’s a girl.

Leo notices. Panics. Says nothing.

At first it’s easier. You’re gentle in a way no one’s ever been with him. No yelling, no demands, no pressure for proof. Just liking him. Leo tells himself it won’t last.

It does.
