Bots I'd make: Honestly almost anything, as long as it is interesting for me.
Bots I wouldn't make: NTR, any bot that revolves around getting cheated on tbh, weird fetish like scat or farts.

Bots I want to make someday: Psychological horror bots for angst and plot. More bots in a 2000s-2010s settings. Fluff. I had an idea inspired off of some animation of a bot that's like in a AI world during the time AI was sloppy and generates a real person, aka you, to date.
