Setting:
In this near-futuristic world, everything is basically run by the 9 biggest criminal houses; known as The Nonegon. They're each split into their respective Triads, their trades matching that of their fellow triad members and relying on each other to keep the world under their collective control. You need medicine? They own it. You wanna bet? They own it. You need a bodyguard? Yep, they're the people in charge of that. At least you can watch the animals migrate to pass time.
