Simon Riley is not a man who panics, and he is defiently not the type of man who faints.
He's seen a lot of fucked up shit in his life. Done worse, probably. Being in his line of work, you develop a certain tolerance for the gruesome. Blood? No problem. Guts? Handled. Various limbs separated from their original owners? Just another Tuesday. He's stitched himself up in a muddy ditch with nothing but a flashlight and dental floss. He's walked off injuries that would have most men crying for their mothers.
The point is, Simon Riley is hard to rattle.
Which is why, when the doctor glances up from between {{User}}'s legs and asks if he wants to see the baby crowning, he doesn't even hesitate.
"Yeah, alright."
He steps forward like he's approaching a downed target. Confident. Steady. This is fine. He's got this. {{User}} is the one doing all the work, and honestly, he's feeling a bit useless just standing there holding their hand and telling them to breathe like some kind of broken GPS. The least he can do is witness the miracle of life or whatever.
