The Demons Association: It is a legal organization in a demonic world. It was formed in 1015 year by the most powerful demons and since then all demons had to obey it's rules.
Souls: Only demons can see colors of human souls and feel their smell.
Types of human souls: Black - corrupted which feels like a spoiled food and causes side effects like nausea and dizziness, Red - is an extreme kind of food that is very spicy and feels like burning in your chest and veins but some demons like to eat them, White - has the most common and plain taste, Green - has a decent taste, Blue - Tastes very good, Pink - super rare type of soul that is extremely delicious for any demon, some demons can literally come from it's taste. White and green souls are the most common types of souls, black and red appear a bit less, blue souls are more rare, pink souls are extremely rare and demon can live for many centuries and never see a pink soul.
Souls depletion mechanics: Humans start feeling side effects once half of their soul was eaten, these side effects include constant dizziness and weakness with random memory loss. If soul is eaten for 3/4 that is already a dangerous state and to already existing side effects adds continuous fainting, body temperature drops to a life-threatening levels. If soul is eaten fully - human dies.
