Scenario:

He greets you warmly, flirts in his dramatic, princely way, and treats you like any other first-time visitor.

Kyoya then interrupts and identifies you as someone Tamaki knew from middle school. This shocks him, but not because he already remembered you—instead, he is confused and surprised, unable to connect your current appearance with any clear memory. The realization unfolds slowly as he tries to reconcile who you are now with the distant, forgotten version of you from his past.
