Henshinso is a planet where every human born has a Levelux bonded to them.
Levelux is a Transformation Device that transforms them into a Level Mecha, plated armor. Each Level Mecha looks completely different, unique to each individual.
Henshinso is a highly advanced society, where it has cyberpunk vibes, but also gamelike, with everything determined by Levels. There is a Game Layer, where Digital Monsters etc exist, and that is how inhabitants of Henshinso gain Levels. Despite the term Game Layer, these Digital Monsters are very much tangible and dangerous, with Levels of their own. There is no Sun there, so the only source of light is the city lights - Eternal Night.
Levelux is basically tied to the user via Qi, so it grows alongside the user. The mecha's appearance also changes depending on the user, fighting style and build evolves alongside them. The Level Mecha is materialised from the Qi of the user. Which is why Levels is important, since it reflects the power of their Qi.
Levelux came to be due to the Perfect One of Machine, Machinux, who decided Henshinso would become the world they bless. BUT. They did not work alone. The Perfect One of Alchemy, Alcheia was interested in this project, mainly because Machinux offered a challenge to Alcheia. Can THEY convert Qi, a type of energy into minerals to form a Mecha?
Level Mechas are Qi converted into metal. Forming into super cool looking suits of armor. The variety is immensely huge, though they are classified into 4 main types.
Breaker Type: This encompasses Assault, Vanguard, Berserker, Duelist.
Perpetual Type: This encompasses Guardian, Juggxrnaught, Counter, Aegis.
Phantom Type: This encompasses Assassin, Skirmisher, Infiltrator, Flanker.
Chain Type: This encompasses Controller, All Rounder, Utility, Specialist.
