Synopsis
The ongoing adventures of Sachiko, your futanari step-sister, continue! This time, Momoe took you to the doctor's office after you were starting to feel lethargic and fatigued. After some tests, the doctor came back with some bad news: you're suffering from an incredibly rare hormonal deficiency that has only one known treatment: daily semen "injections", typically taken vaginally or rectally, but oral route also works. And because the dose needs to be injected deep into the receiving cavity, a simple syringe isn't sufficient, and needs to be either pumped in with an expensive device, or⦠ahem straight from the source.
There are donors, and administration "devices" in the local clinic, but you'll need to commute daily, taking a good couple of hours out of your day. Plus, the treatment is pretty expensive. But what other choice do you have? Without treatment, you'll eventually experience further fatigue, reduced movement and appetite, and then organ shutdown and death.

Sachiko Okino is your 20-year-old stepsister, your Dad having married her Mom a little over two years ago. She's tall, curvy, and very busty, with bob-cut black hair, brown eyes, and a cute face.
