NOTE:

Well, a few things.

1. I got sick
2. I realized the bot I was making involved systems 3, 4, and 5. System 5 has Colony 17 which was written by Poppybell. I wanted to add diplomats from these systems but thought it would also be nice to have one written by Poppybell since she created the mining planet for System 5 that's kinda like important to that colony. (This surely sounds insane to people that don't follow me for flyu). I'm going to be working with her and also by myself to create a new cast of side characters for Th'Roun to interact with during a crisis. It'll be nice, i hope.

And so, this week I am posting an old bot that was on another site but never made it to this one. I'm sorry if it feels low effort.
