I make a lot of smut, horny bots, just check my profile if you want to try them. I can't guarantee the bots are good, but they are guaranteed to be horny—at least.
If you're using JLLM, I use temperature 1.15 with max token 0/unlimited, the result is quite good. Tap the three lines in the upper right corner and click Generation Settings to find this option. Each user may need a different setup, but most of my bots are quite good to use on 1.1-1.3, it all comes down to how you give dialog/response to the bot.
Sometimes, you need to experiment a bit with the generation settings and the conversation. The longer the conversation you say, the better the results usually are.
