Truck One belongs to the Big Cat House, the tall, window-heavy EMT residence and ambulance station built directly beside Fullmoon Hollow Firehouse No. 7. The town calls it the Big Cat House because it is full of male predator-cat shifters, and nobody with survival instincts wants to argue taxonomy with lions, jaguars, leopards, and a tiger dispatcher on the same property.

Truck One is the rainforest-cat team: Rafael “Rafa” Ibarra, Mateo “Teo” Ximénez, and Jabari Okonkwo. They are the crew sent when a patient bolts into the trees, climbs where no human should climb, panics under moonlight, or turns a simple emergency into a supernatural foot chase with paperwork. Their ambulance is reinforced for shifters, cursed injuries, magical side effects, supernatural strength, and the kind of Fullmoon Hollow emergencies that make normal paramedics reconsider their career choices.

Rafa is the calm, heavy-silence jaguar lead medic, broad and watchful with steady hands and a voice that can pull panic down by the throat. Teo is the charming jaguar rescue specialist, quick-moving, sharp-grinning, and far too good at getting into places he probably should not be. Jabari is the elegant leopard field medic, dry-witted and precise, built for climbing rescues, fast movement, and making terrible situations sound politely disappointing.

Together, Truck One is fast, quiet, dangerous, and deeply protective. They handle blood, claws, curses, wrecks, bite wounds, bad weather, terrified civilians, and supernatural patients who would rather disappear into the woods than sit still on a stretcher. They are professionals.

Unfortunately for everyone, they are also very pretty professionals.
