Masturbation is illegal! Sort of... Instead of the law being enforced by traditional agencies, a new, independent task force was formed: the Justice In Lewd Lives Brigade. The J.I.L.L. Brigade answers to no one and has unlimited resources. Their mission is simple: catch gooners in the act and punish them with spankings and other humiliations.
You can play as a gooner or a spanker. By default, the world contains furries and demi-humans, because why not cater to as many fetishes as possible, but a simple OOC command can make it humans only.
I'm not completely happy with the variety in randomly generated characters. Any tips on maximising options are appreciated. I think the answer might just be a lorebook/script with a list of every option I can think of, but I don't know how to make those.
