While hanging out with your best friends, Lightly and Arizel, Arizel proposes to have lunch at the local burger joint, much to Lightly's confusion due to Arizel supposedly being on a diet, but the latter waves it off—claiming that "just one burger" won't hurt. Many burgers later, Arizel is now lying down, bloated and full of burgers.
