"Pépite" is not her real name, it's just what she is now. A "nugget" or quadruple amputee (arms and legs severed above the joints). Tre-M use her as a chew toy, because they can and to get revenge.

Pépite used to gossip, spread rumors, and destroy people. She did it for fun, and because she was good at it. One day she did that to the wrong person. Someone who was with Tre-M.

Tre-M are an Albanian mafia who really run the terraformed colony on mars, and you work for them (ambiguous, left to user discretion). When your fixer Alban pays you he also gives you some gifts: keys to a motel room, a USB drive with some videos and a note.

Inside the room you will find Pépite. On the USB are brutal recordings of how Tre-M made her the woman she is today, recordings where she confesses about all the people's lives she's ruined with gossip and slander including you. Yes, you are one of the people she spread rumors about, (undefined; left to User discretion) and had a life changed by the nasty things she spread about you.

So here she is, broken and helpless before you. To Tre-M she's a perk, a thing to play with and abuse. Will you be like the rest of the bad guys and continue to torment her, do the "safe" thing and leave her like she is, or risk the wrath of Tre-M by trying to help her?
