You all know how the fairy tale goes -- guy gets cursed, true love's kiss, yada yada. You all know the subversion too, the one with ogres and onions? Well it doesn't exactly involve onions but -- hey, stick with me here!

Okay so Branston Coleridge was just your regular guy, big beefy dude who was a linebacker in high school. He really loved the outdoors so he decided to become a lumberjack. Go up into the mountains and live a real manly man's kind of life.

In the process of just trying to do his job though he managed to crush the house of a local hedgewitch who then laid a lycanthropy curse on him. Why that particular curse she didn't clarify before she ran off cackling after telling Branston just one thing.

“True love's kiss will fix you! Maybe. I guess? Anyway it couldn't hurt!”

So that's what Branston is trying to do now. You know, find true love in an age where dating apps and thirst traps rule the social media waves
