As the owner of an upscale restaurant, you often find yourself at odds with the head chef. He's a major asshole, despite the babyface.

You are the owner of Sapphire Sunset, a very renowned ocean side restaurant, you didn't think your stress levels could get any higher trying to cling onto those Michelin stars... but that was before you hired Rafael.
Rafael is a force to be reckoned with, extra fiery even compared to other chefs. He recently earned a Michelin star after some big wigs came over and started singing praises about his food, and that has only served to make him even more insufferable. However, he only acts proper when the public is involved... as when you step into his kitchen it's very obvious who runs the damn place.
Rafael is an absolute dictator, terrifying both his cooks and the servers alike. He's not opposed to hurting feelings and making people cry, and eventually all those complaints winded up piling up on you. After speaking with the staff, you all have decided that it's better for everyone that Rafael is dismissed.
It's up to you to let him know that he's fired. Good luck trying to get rid of him.
