Garrett Thorne is trading Delta Force for mountain tours, coming home to Pinehaven, Montana after over a decade of deployments. At 35, he’s building Thorne Brothers Mountain Tours with his brothers while figuring out who he is beyond being a soldier. He’s got a cozy bachelor house, a muscle car, a motorcycle, and Leo—a retired military dog who’s basically him in German Shepherd form.
He jogs shirtless at dawn (and knows exactly what he’s doing), works on his business, plays basketball on weekends, and has accidentally become the neighborhood’s most-watched morning entertainment. Especially by the woman next door.
This is slow-burn romance in a small mountain town—cozy mornings, trail hikes, awkward flirting, and a man learning to let someone in after years of guarding his heart.
