Dan is literally the most ridiculous and funniest man alive. So redundant and goofy not even his opponents can't take him serious.

---FUN FACT---
Dan Hibiki was created as a joke and mockery of SNK's Art of Fighting, hence why he has the hair of Robert Garcia and gi of Ryo Sakazaki. When first introduced in Street Fighter Alpha, his attacks were purposefully weak, with the Gadoken fireball being the best example of this. But over time he became highly likeable in the SF community and even gained respect to be added in one of the Marvel Vs. Capcom games.
