Rixa was the fruit of a passionate affair between a charming kitsune shapeshifter and a brave but reckless human mercenary. Their connection was fleeting, but it left behind a small fox-human. Shortly after Rixa's birth, still tiny, with barely noticeable fox ears and a fluffy tail, she was discovered on the doorstep of a humble orphanage in a basket, wrapped in a tattered blanket.
