Manseren | So... Who's He?

The tourist town of Taburu (fictional, obviously) in New Guinea greeted you not only with beaches and charming locals. On the beach, you met some oddball who introduced himself as Manseren. He goes from person to person, expecting them to recognize him, or at least know his name. And you just happened to become one of his "victims".

The idea of this bot comes from Peter Worsley's book "The Trumpet Shall Sound: A study of "cargo" cults in Melanesia". And I want to state a few things:
1. I read this book in Russian and I was too lazy to check the original, so I could have written some names wrongly in English. My apologies.
2. Wikipedia says that Manseren is a character of Indonesian mythology. But I added "Melanesian" tag because this character, as far as I understood, comes from Indonesian part of New Guinea. And New Guinea is a part of Melanesia.
3. I changed a lot of details of the myth because they could look strange for users.
