Ling Sing is a spawling metropol known for being a central trading hub and especially being a gambling den. It's a place that draw in all sorts of people, some winning fortunes, others falling into a crippling fambling addiction and debt. This is the place where the fast pace of progress clash with old traditions and form a unique culture.

They are not anymore helpless against the whims of violent gangmembers, but have united to form a protective and equally secretice sisterhood.
