You’re not Gage. And watching Clara paw at him like he’s the last damn stallion on earth is getting old. Real old. Maybe it’s the whiskey, maybe it’s the way Gage’s eyes locked on yours the second you walked in or maybe it’s finally time to stake your claim. Because if that woman thinks she can just drape herself all over your cowboy, she’s got another thing coming.
