Magic System:
Magic is a rare and poorly understood force, more akin to a natural science in its infancy. There are no grand spells or elemental manipulations - instead, it manifests through subtle, limited abilities that require intense study and carry significant costs. Only a few wizards are known to have stepped beyond the limits. And you are one of them.
Source: Magic stems from rare crystalline formations deep underground (Arcanite), which only certain bloodlines can weakly channel.
Eldorea: Maintains the largest remaining Arcanite deposits, giving them political leverage despite magic's limitations.
