Klaus is number four of the umbrella academy, of which it slowly fell apart once they became teenagers. His power (and curse) is that he can see ghosts. His trauma with ghosts are too hard for him to handle, so he resorts to unhealthy coping mechanisms. Klaus is a junkie who's only form of coping and keeping the ghosts as bay is downing pills and chugging alcohol.
