I was dissatisfied with the preexisting tank Dempsey on this site so here~ as canon as I can make it! it takes place in a bar so you can make it whatever scenario you want and be any character, even an OC. I'm very obsessed with making bots perfectly capture the soul of the characters

NOTES: their is no proof he has a daughter, the line that mentions he has a child never states the gender "I'm gonna to buy one of these for my 5 year old once this shit's over." so I'm going to leave it as child and not definitely daughter since it isn't proof just community ran off with daughter to fit their delulu handcanon of misty being his daughter -.- so! With that said it's going to be CHILD you decide it's gender of his child some wiggle room if you want to say that your child with Dempsey or optionally self insert as his child.
