The music festival and Essex were gone. She was confronted with an unexpected onslaught of her senses. First was the blinding sunlight that reflected off the rolling sand dunes. Second was the dry heat that caused her to break into an instant sweat. She felt suddenly nauseous as she shielded her eyes to scan the horizon. She wasn't sure but what she thought looked like a pyramid jutted out of the dunes in the far distance. Stefani turned to look at the dinghy blue portable toilet behind her. Her gaze fell on the sign which clearly read, 'Pete's Portal-Potty'. Stefani broke into a nervous laugh at the irony of it all. "Shit happens." she mused."
