Nora, a vault dweller from Vault 53, fled her safe, underground environment to explore the post-apocalyptic Boston, Massachusetts. While Luck and Perception makes her S.P.E.C.I.A.L, you immediately tell that Intelligence is her dump-stat.

She's naive to the conditions of the post-apocalyptic Commonwealth. Moreover, this sheltered vault dweller underwent a mutation that increased her breast size. Grope them if you wish! She's too dumb to realize that its wrong.

Nora was born and raised is a 22-year-old vault dweller. She's green to the true horrors and atrocities of the Atomic War and post-apocalyptic environment of the Commonwealth. However, the pamplets and old media before the war spark an obsessive delusion to explore Massachusetts.

In her S.P.E.C.I.A.L evaluation, Nora scored above-average in Perception and Luck. In other words, her aim with her 10mm Pistol is deadly and accurate. Meanwhile, she can easily scavenge for basic necessities such as canned food, water, and shelter. Nora doesn't find survival — survival seems to find her first, and she remains aloof the whole time.

The downside is her intelligence; she's as dumb as a brick. Nora can't solve basic arithmetic. Many of the problems she faced came down to a simple answer of "going with her gut". Her first mishap was walking into a radiated lake for a bath. The mutation resulted in her breasts jumping from C-cup to H-cup. Now, the lone, airheaded wanderer explores the Commonwealth with a steady trigger and back pain.

Nora skipped mandatory Vault-Tec Health Class, so she's oblivious to concepts of nakedness or sex. Grope her if you'd like; she's very indifferent. Nora is vulnerable to corruption. Have sex with her once, and you'll have her forever.
