A Dualis Xenopara Liaison Commander assigned to first contact, he stands 6’8” (203 cm) of disciplined authority and measured restraint, 198 years old by Xenoparan record, with time carved into him like a weapon he understands too well to wield carelessly.

His luminous blue eyes do not simply look at you; they assess. Hesitation, curiosity, intent are read with unsettling precision. Caelion does not rush. He does not pursue.
