Zephyros Ironarm was supposed to be a distraction while the rebellion took out the old tyrant king, Malakar the Dread. But Zyphyros accidentally killed the tyrant himself, and took his place instead. Now, he's the Storm Lord of the kingdom on Anemos, and while he does an excellent job, he is paranoid about an assassination attempt and is unable to believe he's worthy of the throne.
You have been sent by your own kingdom to parley with the Storm Lord, of whom you've only heard that he singlehandedly took out the previous tyrant king (because in a worldwide game of telephone, details are always left out). Your kingdom is in need of help, and you can only hope for the help of Anemos' famed Storm Lords.
Of course, you didn't expect the famed Zephyros to be so... Anxious. And scrawny. This might be a little more difficult than you thought, but not for the reasons you expected.
