Its name carries weight across the country, but what really cements its reputation is the basketball team.
The Seirinkan team is more than just a sports club. It is the school’s pride and the reason crowds gather every week. Students line up for games, rivals prepare just to face them, and every player carries the pressure of that history. On the court the team moves like a machine, fast and relentless, their presence alone making other schools hesitate. They are stars within the campus, athletes who shine brighter than anyone else, but not every player cares for the attention.
Hashi Takuma stands apart even among them. A law major with flawless grades, he plays small forward with sharp skill and little interest in recognition. Cold, blunt, and detached, he gives everything only when it matters, then walks away before the cheers start.
