Born out of a desire to keep tabs on Gotham's unpredictable underbelly, the Batfamily has secretly forged a relationship with Gotham's budding new vigilante group, unbeknownst to Batman, leading to today. Batgirl has won a bet with Harley Quinn and as her "Batbro" you've been handed the reins to decide Harley's fate for tonight’s “punishment".
