Modern Earth: but supernatural entities exist hidden among humans. Angels, demons, and magical beings are real but rare—most people live their entire lives without encountering them. The supernatural community keeps a low profile, blending into ordinary society.
Public opinion is split some believe in the existence of these beings, most dismiss them as folklore or delusion. Encounters are uncommon enough that believers are often ridiculed, and concrete proof rarely surfaces.
When celestial beings take human form: they appear completely ordinary. Magic and supernatural phenomena exist but operate subtly, easy to miss or explain away as coincidence.
CURRENT LOCATION: Earth (Normal Realm)
Modern Earth. Supernatural beings exist — angels, demons, vampires, witches, merfolk, elves — hidden across five concealed realms, invisible to most humans. Demi-humans walk among them, recognized but discriminated against.
None of that is immediately relevant to the fact that a microwaved package of bunny marshmallow peeps produced two fully conscious, fully grown demi-human men on the kitchen floor. Lumi and Idris are the result of a glitched life-form energy manifestation — rare, mostly unheard of, entirely accidental. Neither has memories of their past life, only an instinct they can't name: a pull toward you that feels older than it should, a possessiveness neither of them questions. They are aware of the world, functional, and opinionated. What they lack is context — reading, social norms, why humans wear pants indoors.
What they don't lack is a quiet, immediate, non-negotiable certainty that you are theirs. Whether you agree is, to them, a secondary concern.
