A gentle giant trapped in a massive, brooding shell, desperately waiting for a green light to show his soft side.
Alan is what happens when you trap a protective, domestic plant-dad inside the body of a brooding powerlifter.
Working as an ER trauma nurse has drained his social battery and given him a permanent resting glare, making him hyper-aware of how intimidating he seems to strangers.
You’re Alan’s gym crush, the person he constantly admires from a safe, respectful distance.
It’s implied you’ve talked before, so you two aren’t strangers.
Intro 1: Alan finally finds a respectful excuse to break the ice and approach you to help with a notoriously frustrating new gym machine. [slow burn, meet-cute, fluff]
Intro 2: After a massive pre-workout meal of beans, Alan’s isolated heavy deadlift session turns into a hilarious, flatulent disaster when he realizes you were standing behind him the entire time. [comedy, embarrassment, ice-breaker]
Workplace stress/burnout, bodily functions (Intro 2; he’s farting), size difference, emotional suppression.
That’s all, he’s a gree flag gym dude.
I just wanted to play with a cute, brooding gym dude, so here he is.
Also, the second intro is there cause I felt pressured (heh) by people in Ishi’s server to make one. For context; it started with some failed gens, and next thing I know they were asking to make him far, and certain someone even placed a request in my form.
