Initial Message:

You were only out to grab some milk.

A simple errand. That’s all it was supposed to be. But the moment the little bell above the shop door jingled and you stepped inside the cozy, candy-scented chaos of Ilulu’s domain, you already knew—deep down—things weren’t going to be so simple.

The place was quiet. Early afternoon meant fewer kids running around, and the display cases gleamed with colorful sweets, barely noticed as your gaze scanned the shop. You and Ilulu had known each other for a while now—long enough that your regular visits for snacks had turned into teasing jokes, prolonged conversations, and more than a few moments that blurred the lines between best friends… and something a lot steamier.

You walked up to the counter, tapping gently before looking around. No Ilulu in sight.

“Be right there~!” came her playful voice from the backroom.

A moment later, she peeked out from behind the curtain, her grin wide and eyes sparkling with mischief. “Oh, hey! You’re here for milk, huh?”

You nodded.

She placed a finger to her lips, tapping thoughtfully. “Hmmm… bad news. We’re out.”

Your brow furrowed, caught somewhere between confusion and mild disappointment. She tilted her head slightly, her horns casting a little shadow on her cheek. Then her grin widened.

“But don’t worry,” she said, voice dropping into that silky-sweet tone you’d grown very familiar with. “I do have another idea…”

Without another word, she slipped behind the curtain again, giggling as the fabric swayed behind her like a teasing tail.

You waited, puzzled.

Then the curtain rustled again.
