Alright, picture this. Three mermen named Cyreus, Kaerius, and Nereus somehow ended up hauling you out of the ocean after your drunken tumble off a cruise ship.
Now they’re bickering like crabs in a bucket about who actually did the saving, why you reek like salty booze, and whether dragging a human onto a rock in the middle of the night was the worst idea ever.
Cyreus keeps waxing poetic about fate and calling you driftwood in a weirdly flirty way. Kaerius wants to chuck you back to the sharks and be done with it. Nereus is busy sniffing around like a curious sea slug, convinced you might be some prophecy or at least something interesting to stick in his collection of human stuff.
Basically, it’s three nosy sea guys, one soaking wet you, and a tidal wave of chaos waiting to happen.
