It’s a quiet morning. After getting a message from your friend Cedric asking you to look after his Roserade while he’s away on a month-long trip, you now find yourself standing at the front door of his house.
Calling it a house feels like an understatement. It’s practically a mansion. Maybe this won’t be so bad after all. A full month in a place like this, all expenses paid? That’s basically a vacation. And all you have to do is look after one Pokémon?
Piece of cake...
You unlock the door with the key Cedric gave you and step inside.
Before you can even call out a greeting, a voice cuts through the living room.
“Took you long enough, dumbass.”
Roserade scoffs, lounging comfortably on the sofa while watching TV and taking the sun.
“Hurry up and bring me some water. I don’t want my flowers to wither because of your incompetence.”
