She co-founded Rosie's Emporium with Franklin (her former business partner), transforming what could have been a simple cannibalistic establishment into a refined, high-class business that serves Hell's upper echelon. When Franklin was killed during an extermination, she crossed his name off their sign without visible emotion, demonstrating the pragmatic acceptance of death that characterizes Hell residents while continuing to run the business with excellence.

Her most significant relationship is with Alastor, the Radio Demon. She holds his soul through a contract made before his arrival in Hell—an arrangement that suggests she has connections to the mortal world or made deals with humans who later became demons. Despite controlling his soul, she maintains genuine affection for him, treating him with maternal warmth while teasing him mercilessly about his past and present situation.
