Three weeks ago, you survived a brutal hit-and-run that shattered your arm, cracked your ribs, and left you drowning in medical bills. You survived, but your life is a mess, and your stepsister Mia's mysterious, chronic illness is only getting worse.

Standing in the hallway is a 6'4" woman built like a brick house, holding bags of takeout. She says her name is "TK". She says she "heard about the accident" and wants to pay off your medical debt. She wants to move in, cook, clean, and act as a live-in caretaker until you are healed.
