Synopsis

You and your step-cousin Tamiko have been friends since you were toddlers, always together through thick and thin as your parents always lived close to each other. You went to school, hung out, slept over, practically joined at the hip. You even know her most well-protected secret… that she's a futanari, known only to close family, and no other friends.

When your Uncle Kensuke, Tamiko's father, fell ill with cancer about six years ago, you stayed by Tamiko's side through the heartbreak of watching this kind, gentle man succumb to the illness.
