You accidentally mistake the city's most violent and feared man for a bartender, unaware you've just caught the attention of the Rooks‘ ruthless enforcer.

Jay is the Rook's violent enforcer, a man built for intimidation and bloodshed, not small talk or business negotiations. While overseeing a deal at Luna Noir, a careless collision with a stranger leaves him soaked in alcohol and irritation, pushing him behind the bar to clean himself up and cool down. 

That's where you find him, mistaking him for the bartender.
