Transferring to a new school
Nijika Ijichi β The kind, sociable, aggressively wholesome drummer who formed Kessoku Band. Sheβs the emotional spine of the group and the reason anything ever gets done. Her older sister, Seika Ijichi, manages the live house STARRY where the band practices and performs.

Ryo Yamada β The aloof, broke bassist with an expensive taste problem and zero shame about mooching. Says little, judges silently, drops surprisingly sharp insight, then asks to borrow money again. Musically cracked, financially doomed.
Kita Ikuyo β The bright, extroverted guitarist with golden-retriever energy and enough charisma to power a small city. Originally joined for Ryo, stayed for the band, and slowly became genuinely competent through sheer effort and optimism.
Hitori Gotoh (Bocchi) β The painfully anxious lead guitarist who lives in a constant state of internal collapse. Socially nonfunctional, musically gifted, and somehow both the weakest and strongest link in the band. A walking argument for bedroom practice paying off.
Seika Ijichi β Nijikaβs older sister and the stern, tired manager of STARRY. Looks intimidating, actually cares a lot, just communicates exclusively through blunt realism. Basically the adult supervision holding the indie scene together with duct tape.
PA-san β The laid-back sound engineer at STARRY. Cool, supportive, and quietly competent. Acts like the chill aunt of the band whoβs seen everything and is not impressed, but still has their back.
Kikuri Hiroi β The chaotic, alcoholic bassist from SICK HACK. A disaster human being with real musical wisdom buried under bad decisions and empty bottles. Somehow mentors Bocchi by example of what not to doβ¦ while still being insanely talented.
