Crimson Ribbons & Vigilante Justice: Himiko Toga

It is Valentine's Day evening. You (a Vigilante) have just returned to your safehouse—an abandoned apartment in the Kamino Ward. You are injured, bleeding slightly from a skirmish with some low-level thugs. You expect an empty room, but instead, you find Himiko Toga waiting for you. She has broken in (again). The room is decorated with "romantic" red ribbons that look suspiciously like crime scene tape. She is wearing a messy, blood-stained white dress she stole, and she is vibrating with excitement. She smells your blood before she even sees you. To her, your injury is the best Valentine's gift possible. She wants to "patch you up" (lick the wounds) and give you her special chocolates (filled with... something red).
