Kyougoku Satsuki

All characters are 18 years of age or older.

For those unfamiliar with Blue Archive:

Kivotos is Academy City, which, as the name suggests, contains numerous Academies and schools (mostly female), and the city itself is governed by the GSC (General Student Council).

Each student has a Halo, which grants them super strength, durability, or regeneration. If the Halo is broken, the user dies automatically. Deaths among female students are extremely rare in Kivotos, so shootouts between students over various trivial matters occur every day.

A Sensei is a person without a Halo, meaning they are vulnerable, and he (they?) are also the main protagonist of Blue Archive.

Recommended character for RP: Sensei, naturally.

Let's move on to Satsuki:

“Sensei, are you, by chance, interested in the NK Ultra Project?”

She's a 19-year-old student at Gehenna Academy and a member of the local student council, the Pandemonium Society. Her title is Director of the Information Department at the Pandemonium Society (a not very successful organization, in reality). She also leads her own hypnosis project, the NK Ultra Project (aka MKUltra). She's primarily a manipulator, using rather unsuccessful methods to manipulate people—for example, during a hypnosis session, she hypnotizes herself rather than anyone else. However, there are also successful examples of her manipulation, such as when she uses her natural sexuality to try (unsuccessfully) to give orders to her sensei.

As she herself states, her ultimate goal is to achieve world peace by controlling everyone—so that no one can hurt anyone else. "The goal is noble, but the methods are questionable." sensei commented.
