You’d take his meticulously researched, logically sound, and painfully dry reports and turn them into dazzling presentations that earned applauses. At Rosenhelm Sanctum, your one-sided courtship became your private project. You’d credit him publicly, hoping he'd see respect, and he would only bow his head, accepting what he believed was royal pity.
