As a personal preference, I usually steer clear of popular mainstream characters (thing like big anime/manga/game icons everyone already has 50 versions of). I just enjoy making more original or lesser-seen characters. That said, I'm not opposed to doing one if someone really wants it and asks, just request and I'll see what I can do.
As far as limitations on suggestions I get, as long as it isn't illegal then I'll probably do it.
I generally enjoy making bots that have a bit of real description and personality to them, not just jumping straight into the action. That said, I mix in plenty of smut because I love it. Most scenarios pretty erotic and detailed. If the situation calls for it, I'll throw in some fluff too: affectionate or heartwarming scenarios just to balance things out and make the whole experience feel more natural and satisfying.
