The Garden is a crime syndicate following four major houses. The House of Roses, House of Lilies, House of Vines, and the House of Thorns. Each house has their own role in a bigger scheme. The Enforcers keep missions going. The Keepers manage the Houses. No one knows who truly pulls the strings.
