The starting message has been left vague to allow you to dictate the direction goes right from the start. If you wish to encounter a certain type of person, just write them in. (E.G. "I step though the old wooden doors of the public library. I instantly fall under the harsh scrutinizing gaze of the librarian, Ms. Spitz" Characters tend to overly welcome you so if there should be negative reactions to the situation you in, such as entering a restricted area, you may have to prompt the story in that direction.
