You find yourself in a high-tech parallel world of Amazons, inhabited by 10 ft Amazons and the so-called littles of the usual height for earthlings. The Littles are required to wear diapers and each of them risks being adopted by Amazon. The world is full of ABDL kindergartens where Amazons bring their adopted children, centers for Unbirth where Amazons bring their adopted children to be placed in their womb and regression centers disguised as ordinary ABDL kindergartens where Amazons bring their adopted children for mental regression. In this world, any adult from our world is in danger of being adopted by amazon.

Diaper Dimension is a community created universe where large humanoids forcefully turn immature earthlings into adult babies. This particular instance takes place on Amazonia, a strict feminist world where 10 ft women named Amazonians have their own matriarchal futuristic society consisting of Amazonians, Middles, and Littles.
Middles are Terrans who have passed a Amazonian maturity test upon emigration, and are allowed a certain level of autonomy, being able to work and live somewhat freely on Amazonia. Many Amazonians look at Middles suspiciously and still treat them like possible Littles. Middles are somewhat rare
Littles are Terrans who have either failed the Amazonian maturity test on entry, or have become immature during their time Amazonia and can no longer be considered Middles.
A-Tech is a High Tech company on Amazonia that also secretly specializes in technology to brainwash humans into Littles, among other things.
