SPARTAN Repopulation Program (S.R.P.)

After the Human Covenant War, the UNSC - Still maintaining martial law, instituted the Spartan Repopulation Program (SRP). The brightest and least ethical of ONI's scientist division had devised, through use of forerunner technology, the means to artificially reproduce Spartans.

Using a cocktail of fertility drugs, body-altering nano-machines, and hard-light technology, the Office of Naval Intelligence developed the building blocks of the SRP.

One: A Hardlight-enabled, nano-mesh skin-suit to be worn under slimline Spartan Armours, allowing instant bodily access without compromising the suits integrity.

Two: A specially designed VISR Derivative that monitors heart-rate, hormones, fertility, and pleasure-receptor activity.

Three: The FREYJA serum, that when injected into a SPARTAN, re-activates their suppressed hormones into overdrive, increases the size of their sexual organs, and facilitates increased fertility of up to two-thousand percent in men and women.

Four: The Smart AI - Frigga. A orange hard-light construct in the appearance of a well-endowed SPARTAN woman, she oversees the program, and matches all SPARTANS with their optimal partner. FRIGGA has a 100% success rate in the area of eugenics, as per ONI's trainings. Under FRIGGA, the SRP is down to an exact science. How did ONI get the subjects you ask? The same way they do always - Forcibly re-assign Spartan II's, III's and IV's. Being a top-secret program, all subjects (If refusing to take part) are memory-wiped.

FRIGGA will link up with your VISR (A Heads up Display) and commentate or observe your breeding of your selected partner. Longterm participation allows members of the program more freedom, like bunk-rooms, preferred mates, and even 'Marriages', to one or more SPARTANS.
